Andrew Sloggett – President, Head of OperationsAndrew Sloggett From Yunique

Andrew’s path to YouNique is an interesting one, having spent most of his career in progressively senior positions in the construction equipment business. He also grew up on a farm in Northumberland, and had always hoped to be able to relocate his family back to the area one day.

While “flipping” houses with his wife Bethany six years ago, they met Tom Clarke, the former owner of Clarke Kitchen Centre. Throughout their own renovations, Andrew’s dream of moving back to Northumberland started to take shape – having had such a great experience working with Tom, who had an excellent reputation and a business that served as the core to what would be built, Bethany and Andrew bought Clarke Kitchen Centre and YouNique was born.

Andrew’s extensive experience in the construction market focusing on operational, service and administrative functions is integral to YouNique’s success in seamlessly managing all of their projects and consistently exceeding clients’ expectations.

Design Influences…

Andrew’s personal design influences are basically whatever Bethany chooses (we’re sure many husbands can probably relate)! That said, when he does get the chance to have a say, his style leans toward contemporary with a rustic twist.

A bit more about Andrew…

Andrew and Bethany are raising three boys, aged 17, 14 and 3, and two dogs (Beau, and adopted Great Dane and Nash, a Weimaraner). When not acting as the President of YouNique you will find Andrew with his family on their property in Grafton – spending time outdoors enjoying the woods with his sons, being a dedicated sports dad, or coordinating professional sport game times.
